Scope
1.1.These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between VAG Mileageblocker (hereinafter referred to as “seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “customer”), in the version valid at the time of the order.
1.2. For inquiries or complaints, our customer service is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Contact details can be found on our website.
1.3. A consumer, as defined in these terms and conditions, is any individual concluding a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession (§13 BGB).
1.4. The customer’s conditions are not recognized unless VAG Mileageblocker expressly agrees to their validity.
Offers and Service Descriptions
Product presentations on our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but are an invitation to place orders. All offers are “while stocks last.”
Order Process and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. Customers can select products without obligation and collect them in a shopping cart. The final order is submitted by clicking the “Send Order” button.
3.2. An automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent by email. This only confirms that the order has been received and does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when VAG Mileageblocker confirms the order or delivers the product.
3.3. If prepayment is allowed, the contract is concluded upon providing bank details and payment request. If payment isn’t received within 10 days, VAG Mileageblocker may withdraw from the contract.
Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1. All prices on VAG Mileageblocker’s website include the applicable statutory VAT.
4.2. Shipping costs are communicated separately during the ordering process.
Delivery and Availability of Goods
5.1. Products are delivered after receipt of payment.
5.2. If delivery fails due to the customer’s fault after three attempts, VAG Mileageblocker may withdraw from the contract. Payments made will be reimbursed immediately.
5.3. If a product is unavailable, VAG Mileageblocker may withdraw from the contract and will inform the customer immediately.
Refund and Return Policy
Customers have the right to cancel the contract within thirty (30) days without giving reasons. Details on the return process can be found on our website
Payment Arrangements
7.1. Customers can choose from available payment methods.
7.2. If payment by invoice is possible, payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods and invoice. For other methods, payment must be made in advance.
7.3. Third-party services, e.g., PayPal, may have their own terms and conditions.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of VAG Mileageblocker until full payment is made.
Warranty for Defects and Guarantee
9.1. The warranty is determined by legal regulations.
9.2. Any guarantees will be communicated to customers before the order process.
Liability
10.1. VAG Mileageblocker’s liability for damages follows the exclusions and limitations of liability in line with other legal claim prerequisites.
10.2. VAG Mileageblocker has unlimited liability if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence.
10.3. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected
Storage of the Contract Text
11.1. Customers can print the contract text before submitting the order.
11.2. After confirming the order, VAG Mileageblocker will send the customer a copy of the terms and conditions and other relevant information
Final Provisions
12.1. The place of jurisdiction and performance is ‘s-Hertogenbosch if the customer is a merchant.
12.2. The contract language is Dutch.
12.3. The platform of the European Commission for online dispute resolution (OS) for consumers:
[http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/](http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). VAG Mileageblocker is not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
